Granny has extremely sensitive hearing and immediately investigates suspicious noises, making quiet movement essential for survival. The house contains hidden keys, mysterious objects, dangerous traps, and pets that can complicate your escape attempts. You can hide under beds or inside furniture, use makeshift weapons to temporarily stop Granny, and search for a possible escape route through the garage. Granny Sponge Bob places you inside a mysterious house filled with locked areas, hidden objects, and puzzles that must be solved to escape. You need to search for keys and discover how unusual items, including a watermelon and an old book, fit into your escape plan. Exploring different rooms can reveal useful objects and possible routes toward freedom. The garage also offers a potential escape route, making careful investigation important throughout your adventure.
Stay Quiet and Avoid Granny's Attention
Granny reacts to sounds and quickly moves toward their source, so careless actions can put you in immediate danger. Even dropping an item can attract her attention and reveal your location. You can crouch to move cautiously and hide under beds, inside wardrobes, or in chests when she approaches. Traps and pets create additional hazards, requiring you to watch your surroundings while searching for a safe path.
Survive Five Days and Find a Way Out
You have five days, represented by five attempts, to escape from the house before your opportunity runs out. Each attempt requires you to balance exploration, puzzle-solving, and avoiding encounters with Granny. Makeshift weapons can temporarily stop her, but they do not provide a permanent solution to the danger. If you need additional chances, the game also offers five extra attempts through watching an advertisement.
