Beds, wardrobes, and environmental traps provide opportunities to hide or evade pursuing enemies. The game features five difficulty settings and customizable enemy options, allowing you to adjust the intensity of each escape attempt. GAMEPLAY OVERVIEW
Avoid Granny, Grandpa, and Slendrina
Granny Horror 3 challenges you to survive encounters with three enemies that behave differently throughout the mansion. Granny responds to noises such as dropped objects and creaking floorboards, making careful movement essential. Grandpa attacks visible players with his shotgun, so hiding and staying out of his line of sight can help you avoid danger. Slendrina appears unexpectedly in dark corridors, and looking away quickly helps prevent her vision-distorting effects. You can also hide beneath beds, enter wardrobes, or use environmental traps to escape pursuing enemies.
Search the Mansion and Solve Escape Puzzles
Escaping requires exploring different rooms and collecting items that help you unlock new areas. Drawers, cabinets, and hidden compartments may contain keys, spark plugs, weapons, and structural components needed for progression. Environmental puzzles involve locked gates, security barriers, power systems, and other escape mechanisms. The Teddy bear also triggers special interactions and hidden objectives that add another element to your exploration. With only five days available, you must use your discoveries efficiently to find a successful escape route.
Choose Your Difficulty and Customize the Horror
The game offers five difficulty settings: Practice, Easy, Normal, Hard, and Extreme. Practice mode allows you to explore without active enemies, while Easy mode reduces enemy speed and removes creaking floorboards. Higher difficulties introduce increasingly challenging encounters that demand better stealth and faster decisions. Custom settings let you choose whether Granny, Grandpa, or both appear, as well as toggle Slendrina's presence. Additional options include Limping, Nightmare effects, and the ability to skip the introduction.
