About Get Yoked
Get Yoked is an indie strategy roguelike about transforming your character into an absolute unit. Instead of battling monsters or exploring dungeons, your goal is to sculpt the perfect physique, manage training intensity, and win bodybuilding competitions. Every run challenges you to balance Gains, Fatigue, and Injury while building a powerful workout deck.

Get Yoked – Play the Bodybuilder Roguelike Game Online
Gameplay Overview
In Get Yoked, you grow and sculpt your body by playing workout cards. Each card represents a training action, recovery method, or supplement. Your objective in every competition is simple: reach the minimum required Gains before your available days and stamina run out.
You begin each run with one of four different starting bodybuilders. Each has their own deck and playstyle, encouraging varied strategies and replayability. As a roguelike deckbuilder, every playthrough offers different card rewards, events, and decisions.
The game revolves around a loop of:
Playing workout cards to increase specific muscle groups
Managing stamina and fatigue
Avoiding injuries that can slow your progress
Preparing strategically for upcoming competitions
Smart decision-making determines whether you become a champion or burn out before the finals.
Objective
Your main objective is to reach the required Gains threshold in competitions. Each event sets a minimum target for total Gains. You must carefully plan your training across limited days while managing stamina.
Push too hard and Fatigue builds up. Too much Fatigue can lead to Injury, which negatively impacts specific muscle groups and reduces efficiency. To counter this, you can play rest cards, recovery actions, or supplement cards to reduce Fatigue and boost Gains.
Winning competitions allows you to progress further into the campaign and unlock customization rewards.

Core Mechanics
Workout Cards and Muscle Growth
Workout cards increase Gains in targeted muscle groups such as:
Arms
Chest
Back
Glutes
Legs
For example, playing an Arms card grows your arm muscles, while other cards may distribute Gains differently. You can specialize in certain muscle groups, such as focusing heavily on Glutes or building a balanced physique.
Fatigue and Injury System
Every intense workout increases Fatigue. If you ignore it, muscles can become Injured, reducing effectiveness and slowing your progress. Managing Fatigue is essential to maintaining consistent Gains throughout a run.
Rest and supplement cards help:
Reduce muscle Fatigue
Increase future Gains
Improve efficiency in upcoming turns
Balancing aggression and recovery is key to long-term success.
Roguelike Progression
As a roguelike deckbuilder, each run offers:
Randomized card rewards
Different build paths
Strategic deck refinement
With over 200 cards available, you can experiment with countless combinations and playstyles.
