ABOUT COMBAT ONLINE 2.0
Combat Online 2.0 is a 3D multiplayer FPS where up to 18 players compete or cooperate across more than 400 community-built maps spanning combat, parkour, zombie, and puzzle experiences. Released by NadGames in July 2025 as a follow-up to Combat Online, it offers Team Deathmatch and free-for-all Deathmatch alongside modes that move beyond traditional shooting. Its arsenal ranges from pistols, shotguns, sniper rifles, and an RPG to close-range options such as a knife and bat, while the perspective can be switched between first and third person at any time. Parkour courses reward completed runs with XP, Zombie maps bring players together against waves of zombies, and Puzzle maps focus on escape rooms and mazes without requiring shooting. XP earned through kills, match wins, and completed parkour runs contributes to worldwide ranking progress while unlocking skins at specific totals. A built-in map editor also allows players to create and publish their own arenas using features such as lava, teleporters, turrets, landmines, drivable cars, and scripts. Choose your battlefield, earn XP across different map types, and work your way toward the game's highest XP skin unlocks!

GAMEPLAY OVERVIEW
Battle Across Five Types of Community Maps
Combat Online 2.0 organizes its community creations into five map types, giving different objectives to each experience. Team Deathmatch divides players between red and blue teams, while Deathmatch removes teams and makes every player an opponent. Parkour maps replace firefights with checkpoint-based jumping courses, Zombie maps have players cooperate against waves of zombies, and Puzzle maps feature mazes and escape-room challenges where shooting is not required. Specific community creations range from the two-ship Pirate Classic battlefield and the green-machine-filled Lab to the farm-town setting of Oakridge and a Backrooms-inspired puzzle map.
Build and Publish Your Own Arenas
Any player can use the map editor to construct an arena and publish it for others to play and vote on, with highly rated creations rising through the map list. Building options extend beyond basic walls and floors to include lava, teleporters, turrets, landmines, and cars that can be driven. Scripts provide additional possibilities for custom creations, including puzzle mechanics involving password-protected doors and keys that players must locate.
Earn XP and Unlock Character Skins
XP connects several activities to long-term progression, with kills, match victories, and completed parkour runs all contributing to your total and worldwide ranking. Pumpkin Sack is available from the beginning, while XP milestones unlock Nomad Gray at 50,000, Sentinel and Desert Varen at 150,000, Luna Striker at 250,000, Takeshi at 500,000, and Skoll at 1,000,000 XP. Frost Skull and Corvus are marked as Exclusive rather than carrying an XP requirement. Progress, including XP and skins, is stored on the player's account.
