ABOUT CITY HERO
City Hero is an open-world superhero action game where you explore Vice Town while taking on enemies, missions, and increasingly difficult challenges. Rooftops, streets, alleys, and hidden areas form a large urban playground that you can navigate using agile movement, powerful jumps, and rope swinging. Combat combines super strength with blasters, melee tools, and other abilities as you confront gangsters throughout the city. Completing missions gradually brings tougher opponents and boss battles, while the Zombie Arena offers endless waves of increasingly dangerous undead enemies. Surviving longer in the arena can provide unique rewards before a powerful robot boss presents another major challenge. GAMEPLAY OVERVIEW
Explore Vice Town From Streets To Rooftops
City Hero gives you freedom to explore rooftops, busy streets, hidden alleys, and other areas throughout Vice Town. Rope swinging lets you travel between skyscrapers, while agile movement and powerful jumps provide additional ways to navigate the urban environment. Rooftops can serve as launch points for swings before you descend toward missions and enemy encounters below. These movement abilities allow you to approach different parts of the city from multiple angles.
Take On Gangsters And Tougher Missions
Gangster missions send you toward dangerous objectives across the crime-filled town. Super strength, weapons, and abilities give you several options when confronting enemies, with equipment ranging from blasters to melee tools. Completing missions gradually introduces stronger opposition and eventually leads toward boss encounters. Outfits and gear can also be unlocked as you progress, giving you different ways to customize your superhero.
Survive The Zombie Arena
The Zombie Arena shifts the action toward survival as increasingly dangerous undead enemies arrive in endless waves. Staying alive for longer periods can bring unique rewards, making survival itself an important objective. A powerful robot boss creates an additional challenge after the intense encounters. This mode adds another type of combat challenge alongside the missions and exploration found throughout Vice Town.
